Internship Opportunities

Tribeca Film Institute

Location: New York City, New York

Tribeca Film Institute (TFI) is a year-round non-for-profit organization founded by Robert De Niro, Jane Rosenthal, and Craig Hatkoff in the wake of September 11, 2001.

TFI champions storytellers to be catalysts for change in their communities and around the world.

Each year, TFI identifies a diverse and exceptional group of filmmakers and media artists and empowers them with funding and other resources to fully realize their stories and connect with audiences.

Through hands-on training and exposure to socially relevant films, their educational programming helps young people gain the media skills necessary to be productive global citizens and creative individuals.

TFI is a dynamic, fast-paced environment in which to learn about media arts, the filmmaking industry, arts education and non-profit arts marketing. TFI is currently seeking interns who want to learn more about one of the areas in which they specialize. Ideal candidates will be organized, professional multi-taskers with a love of cinema, media arts, education and the non-profits.

The following TFI positions are open to undergraduate and graduate students. All positions will take place roughly June through August 2014. Application deadline is May 1st, 2014.

Faculty of Fine Arts students may be eligible for internship and/or travel assistantship awards which can be applied towards these opportunities.

If interested, please submit your application directly to internships@tribecafilminstitute.org.
